Day 01
Arrival at NJP/Bagdogra - Transfer to Lataguri
- Morning: Arrive at New Jalpaiguri Railway Station (NJP) or Bagdogra Airport. Meet and greet by our representative.
- Transfer: Drive to Lataguri (approximately 3 hours).
- Check-in: Arrive and check into your hotel/resort.
- Afternoon: After lunch, visit the Gorumara National Park for a jungle safari (Jeep Safari at own cost).
- Evening: Return to the hotel/resort. Dinner and overnight stay at Lataguri.
Day 02
Lataguri - Full Day Sightseeing
- Morning: Post breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing.
- Visit the Chapramari Wildlife Sanctuary, home to elephants, deer, and various bird species.
- Explore the Murti River, known for its picturesque surroundings and tranquil ambiance.
- Visit the Bindu Dam, the oldest dam in India, located at the foothills of the Himalayas.
- Afternoon: Enjoy a picnic lunch by the riverside.
- Evening: Return to the hotel/resort. Relax and unwind with dinner. Overnight stay at Lataguri.
- Morning: Post breakfast, embark on a full day of sightseeing.
Day 03
Lataguri - Jaldapara - Lataguri
- Morning: After an early breakfast, drive to Jaldapara Wildlife Sanctuary (approximately 2.5 hours).
- Activities:
- Experience an elephant safari (subject to availability) or a Jeep safari to explore the sanctuary.
- Spot the Indian one-horned rhinoceros, elephants, and other wildlife in their natural habitat.
- Afternoon: Visit the Totopara Village, home to the Toto tribe, one of the primitive tribes of India.
- Evening: Return to Lataguri. Dinner and overnight stay at the hotel/resort.
Day 04
Lataguri - NJP/Bagdogra - Departure
- Morning: Enjoy a leisurely breakfast.
- Check-out: Check out from the hotel/resort and drive back to NJP Railway Station or Bagdogra Airport for your onward journey.
- Afternoon: Arrive at NJP/Bagdogra. Tour ends with fond memories of the Dooars.
