Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Madhuban Holidays ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Booking & Payments
- All prices displayed are per person unless otherwise stated, and include applicable GST
- Bookings are confirmed only after successful payment and confirmation email
- You must provide accurate traveller information; Madhuban Holidays is not liable for issues arising from incorrect data
- Partial payments require the balance to be paid at least 7 days before travel date
3. Cancellation Policy
- 15+ days before travel: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
- 8–14 days before travel: 50% refund
- 3–7 days before travel: 25% refund
- Less than 3 days / No-show: No refund
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to madhubanholidayspkg@gmail.com
4. User Responsibilities
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
- Ensure all travellers hold valid ID documents required for the destination
- Follow all local laws and regulations at the destination
- Obtain necessary travel insurance (strongly recommended)
5. Limitation of Liability
Madhuban Holidays acts as an intermediary between travellers and service providers. We are not liable for acts of nature, political unrest, transportation delays, or any unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Reviews & Content
By submitting reviews or content, you grant Madhuban Holidays a non-exclusive license to display it on the Platform. Reviews must be honest and based on genuine experiences. False or defamatory reviews will be removed.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
